More than 30 years of family tourism tradition
Selce, with its pristine charm of narrow stone streets, fishing boats, and tranquil lifestyle, captivated my father so much that 35 years ago, he decided to "anchor" here. In 2023 and 2024, we completely renovated all the apartments and modernized them to continue fulfilling our vision of happy guests. The second generation of the family is now actively involved in tourism, enabling faster communication with guests and improved services. Our love for life by the sea inspires us and gives us positive energy, which we share wholeheartedly with our guests.
Our goal is to help you create a holiday that you will treasure in your heart forever. You can visit us from May to the end of September. We look forward to meeting you.
LOCATION
Selce
Selce is a small tourist town in Kvarner, located between Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski. It lies on a gentle slope above a seaside bay along the Adriatic highway Rijeka–Split. It is accessible not only by car but also by plane (Rijeka Airport on the island of Krk) or by boat, as it also has a small harbor. Its tourism tradition began after 1894, when a new seaside bathing area was opened. The surrounding area features vineyards and olive groves. It is the only town on the Adriatic at sea level 0.
Gastronomy
In the central square, there are numerous cafés offering great coffee and various drinks. In 2024, Café Anka even won an award for the best ice cream in Croatia. Many restaurants offer a variety of food, with a focus on seafood specialties and local wines.
Beaches
They are just a few minutes’ walk from Vila Sabrina. You can choose from rocky, sandy, or concrete beaches. Umbrella and sunbed rentals are available on the beaches.
Water activities
You can take a taxi boat
to beautiful bays, go on a day trip with catamaran “Mali Marino,” or rent a jet ski at the Rent a Jet Ski Selce harbor. You can make your day more exciting with parasailing, tubing, or trying out diving. A large water park is available for children.

The apartment is wonderful; our experience was extremely pleasant. The apartment is close to the town center, which provides easy access. It is very well-maintained, clean, and tidy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including good WiFi. Parking spaces are in front of the apartment, so finding parking is not an issue. Above all, I would like to praise the hospitality and friendliness of the owners!
